A few days ago I got one big surprise!
I'm currently hatching Sholazar-Eggs and on Thursday something rare hatched. A Green Proto-Drake!!! O_O!!!!
Normally those Drakes don't hatch very often and it's hard to get one of them just by killing stuff. So I'm very very lucky AND very happy!
YAY!

Happy Birhtday Mognet + Releases!
Here's the last batch of Mognet releases missing on this page. These were actually released in co-memoration of our 7th birthday! We worked hard on these videos, which I finished while staying at Kumama's and Stiltzkin's house near Chicago this summer. We wanted to have a release of two of our favourite Bands and we did it!! (We also released a new JTV clip with Morning Musume members in it in a funky baloon game. Check it out! It's really goofy!)
The first to start that day (which was actually Halloween, so the 31st October) was one of Arashi's more recent singles (though actually now it's already old again, but it was new back when we started it somewhen last year?!). Arashi - One Love was the theme song of one of the most beloved japanese Dorama series' in a while: Hana Yori Dango Final Theme, though the song itself was actually for the movie release of the Dorama. It was still an awesome song, even though, and there I have to agree with Kumama, the guy who edited that video actually layed on a lot of photoshop grafics and blurring. Unfortunately the quality of the raw wasn't too good, so bear with us there. It looks all block-ey and blurry.![]()
The other release we did, which is still one of my personal favourites, is by the a w e s o m e group called SAS. Well, most actually won't know that name, so here's the full name of the game... (sorry, had to write that as it rhymes. *lol) Southern All-Stars - kami no shima haruka kuni. I just LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE that band. It's also a really summer-y song and when I worked on that one it was still hot outside! I'm just happy that it finally was done and now I can move on to other songs!![]()
Sorry for the lack of summer Songs this year. We actually had a few other planned, but due to circcumstances we weren't able to finish them - so you'll probably get them next year! HAHA!
Well, that's the end of the update-Spree. I hope everyone is now up to terms and knows what videos to grab!
Make sure to leave comments to let me know what you think of them!
Byeeee!!

New MogNAV release!
Nearly 8 months after Mognet's last MogNAV release we finally bring you another one. I'm sorry that it took so long, but MogNAV was actually founded for two new members who wanted to join Mognet but basically work only on Anime videos. Back then we decided to open up the new section and allow them to release Anime Videos there. Unfortunately most of the up-till-now released MogNAV releases were done by me.
I kinda don't understand these guys. We actually made the changes and allowed them to work what they actually wanted to work - after we saw that for them working on normal PVs was impossible - and now they don't D O anything.
Frustrating, really. Now I have to do work for that particular section too. It's not like I don't have enough work on my hands right now. The new Christmas releases are coming up and I'll have to try to get a few things done. I hope to be able to finish the vids Kumama asked me to do.
Let's just hope that it works out!
Anyway. Here's the new MogNAV release we actually put out on Mognets 7th birthday!!!
And it was Halloween too! Eureka 7 - Days by FLOW (and yes, it's the same effects as the PV just diffrent colors, kanji and positioning!)![]()
Rain, falling leaves and the cold

Christmas preparations!!!
Christmas is coming along quite soon I one can't start early enough on all the essential details of shopping, clothes choices, dinner menu, and assorted things. (Though normally I start really late with Christmas preps)
Today, after my early morning lessons, I went out to buy some Christmas cards to send away to friends and family around Christmas and beads. Honestly, I bought a bunch of beads.
I'm normally not the handcraft-y person, even though I'm actually quite good at it. I'm just too lazy to bother. This year I plan on doing matching pairs of jewelry for my best girlfriend and me. We both love the color green and red as well als gold and silver; which are the colors I'm aiming at.
I hope it's going to turn out okay!?
My granny and gramps are going to get an electronic photo frame. They both love pictures of their family members and they have like a gazillion pictures on their computer. With that in mind I thought an electronic photo frame with USB 2 support to save pictures on and then showcase them in their living room, where they actually can look at it whenever and not when they start up their computer, is quite a good idea for a Christmas present. My aunt agrees with that sentiment! YAY for me picking the right kind of present!!
I'm currently looking at scarfs as a present for my best friend. He's quite the fashionista himself and often forgets to wear a scarf to ward off the chill. I'm still not sure about that present though.
For my little cousin I bought a Christmas DVD with Winnie Puh. As she's a fan of Puh I thought that's a good idea.
The only person I don't know what to get is my aunt. Last year I bought her tickets for a musical she wanted to see. This year is a little harder to decide. We're going to two concerts at the end of November and she paid for both cards. Hmmmm, so tickets for another show are out of the question. She does enjoy books, but I'm not sure what she currently reads or is interested in, which makes a decision in that direction pretty hard. She doesn't really need anything actually. She always tells me that as long as she's healthy and in good spirits she doesn't need anything else. That's a good way of living, but hell on someone looking for a present!!
Well, I’ll think about it a little more. We still got another 7 weeks to go!
Greets!

Pre-Birthday Releases!!
Leading up to my actual Birthday last October 16th, Mognet released a few other videos in September. I was actually quite happy to have them out of my work queue and about time to release for you guys to enjoy.
L'arc~en~Ciel - Daybreak's Bell, actually a project first started for my own group Kizuna by a dedicated fan of Gundam 00 named Esaldo, who actually planned on doing the effects himself but later didn't want to anymore *sucks in breath to finish that sentence*, was released at the start of September. It turned out quite good and even Esaldo like the outcome, so I'm happy. Well, I don't know what more to say, as I'm not the L'arc~en~Ciel fan myself and their videos have been quite boring as of lately.
Please enjoy it! *lol*![]()
The other video we released in September was actually one we had started 2 years prior of the release. It was actually nearly finished, but due to being another Kizuna-first video and initiated by a good friend of mine who was still a little grumpy about some problem we had with the last project he initiated, it was delayed. But after some time, and a lot of good-will, finding new raws and actually having to rewrite some effects because of the new video resolution it was finally released at the end of September. This marks our second release by that group: AKB48 - Keibetsu shite ita aijou![]()
Both videos are available through torrent (at least they were). If you need someone of us to seed it please write a short notice on Mognet's forums. Thanks!
Mognet Summer Releases!
Well, that couldn't be all now, could it?
You're right! Of course there were more videos released than those three. Give me some credit. I might not be as active as I was at the beginning of the year but I'm still not THAT lazy.
Anyway. It's time for some more releases now, right?
(now that I finished breakfast I can actually go on...)
It seems like the farthest behind I am on keeping you up-to-date with Mognet releases, which we'll remedy right now.
The next video after releasing Rip Slymes' Galaxy back in May was our July release with is one of my all-time favourite hip-hop videos eva!! This group was actually a sideproject by no other than Namie Amuro, which is Suite Chic, where she explored a more hip-hop-ish music style then her normal R'n'B music. Anyway. She collaborated with A.I. another well known hip-hop artist to perform Suite Chic - Uh Uh... feat. A.I.![]()
In September we released another two videos. On the one hand we had Shounan no Kaze - Ougon Soul and on the other we had THYME - Fly Away. Two very diffrent songs, that's for sure, but still, both had a certain charme to them. (On a side note: That THYME song was actually another anime opening. To be exact, it's the first Opening of the anime Mahō Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto: Natsu no Sora)![]()

All three releases are available via torrents. So please, make sure to grab them, okay?
BoAjjang Release Spree!
Well, but that wasn't all. In April this year and at the beginning of October I finished another three releases for BoAjjang. My total count is now at 10 videos. YAY!
This time around I had lots of fun, as I loved all three songs. The first video I did back in April was Wonder Girls - Tell me. If I remember right it was actually their first single release after Member Hyuna was replaced by Yubin. It should actually be their second or third single in total, but who would know. Korean artists don't really have a detailed "discography" as we are used to by japanese or english standards. I only know of the video "Irony" which was actually their first release ever and which I'm currently also working on. Anyway. If you want to actually see the release you'd have to join the BoAjjang forum to get ahold of the direct download links. BoAjjang doesn't release torrents right now.
The first one of the October releases is actually one of my personal favourites: Epik High - Umbrella feat. Younha
Younha on her own is a fantastic artist herself but coupled with Epik High - this video is just the W I N. The song is melancholic and dark and full of rain. I had fun trying to get the rain effect juuuuuuuust right, and it worked. I always wanted to have water ripplings right beneath the drops. The first few times I worked on rain effects it never worked out. This video is also the first one where I've experimented with clipping effects. It worked out quite well. Thanks to Mei and Bambus for helping me out with the specifics of clipping. Without those two I'd probably still sit on the video because I couldn't get it done.
The last one to date to be released under BoAjjang is one of SNSD's side-singles. It is a selftitled song called SNSD - Girls' Generation. For those of you who didn't know, but SNSD is short for So Nyuh Shi Dae which is korean for Girls Generation. The english writing of the bands name is actually Girls' Generation. So yeah, here it is, the selftitled song!
We actually had a lot of trouble with that song as the raw we initially worked with was crap. I think I said it before but I'll do it again - Korean PV raws are C R A P! I actually had to download 6 diffrent version to find one that wasn't crooked, non-synch, not pixlish and without stupid logo grafics in it.
Anyway, please enjoy these three pvs. Again the reminder that the videos are only available if you register on the BoAjjang forums.
