Bring back the Old School

Hey everyone!
It's been some time. Due to the power outage in some parts of the West Coast we're pretty late in releasing these, which is why they pretty much came out back to back.
So here's what we got for you this time.

We first released this really old concert performance from the H!P '07 Wonderful Hearts Concert. This was at some point a trainee project, but we never found someone to actually work on this. As we're trying to get out the really old stuff now (and since trainees want to work on more recent stuff) and concentrate on the newer stuff later, we're pumping these Old School videos and perfs. This marks the oldest perf we've still got in our work pool.
Combines some of the most loved members into a great Melon Kinenbi song - Kousui.

Sometimes I’m really amazed at what can be found on my HDDs. In some deeply buried folder I found these nifty timings for a song that I have loved since it came out – even though I’m not a big Ishikawa fan.
This marks the 8th single by Country Musume and also the last one they released together with Ishikawa back in November 2002. (Wow, that song is really old!!!)
Unfortunately, since this project is pretty old, and due to a forum crash a few years ago, we lost the information as to who did the initial timings. So, to whoever thinks s/he worked on this for us: we’re sorry!!!!!!

Happy Belated Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone had a wonderful day yesterday with family and/or friends celebrating Thanksgiving. Or maybe you're going to do it on the weekend?
Well, for this occation we've just the right PV to go along with. A slow autumn-y PV with the lovely Mano Erina in front and smileage as background dancers. This was Mano's 4th single and it was also one of the few that we're still missing of her. Now we're only missing the latest PVs. Guess we've still got work to do!

Problems'n'Releases

Time for a new blog post!

Lots of stuff going on right now. Though before everything turned upside down and became the utmost chaos I was able to finish a few new PVs and concert performances. So stay tuned and check out the H!F homepage frequently. You'll see our new surprises there soon.

Also, thank you for over 500 followers on our H!F facebook group. We appreciate it!!

Unfortunately that's it for the positive part of this post.
Things happend that turned out quite bad for me. I lost my income and am now living off my saving, which aren't too big anyway.
Unless I find a job very soon it's going to be a nightmare. I'm not sure what I should do and sometimes I feel like crying. But since crying never helps you get back on your feet, I'm trying to stay positive. Not sure what's going to happen in the future.

So this is the first in our release spree that will last you until christmas. Each week we will either release a concert performance or a PV.
This was an amazing song and it was also one of the last performances that was held by the Rokkies together. If I'm not completely out of the loop Eri graduated a few weeks later.
Ookii Hitomi translates as "Big Eyes" hence the first pic in this capture where they make google eyes for Reina! haha

Creative week

Hey everyone!
Thought I'd post a quick update on things.
I seem to have found my muse again. Finished 4 new projects in 2 days and started on my next one already. All of them are for H!F.
So my German followers should be happy too, because we're also going to have German versions of most of them.
Maybe we can actually finally catch up with SOME groups, but who knows!!

I also finished all of the important anime assignments, Tlc's and translations so far.
Next up are 2 new projects by freebooter-anime. I'm already excited about them!!!!

Onna ga Medatte...

Sorry for taking so long in updating, again.....!

Here's our latest release. It took us some time to finish this, but it's finally here. I actually had to work on it, because SC asked me to help out on another project - the Keitai Deka The Movie 3 Morning Musume. Kyushutsu Daisakusen! -Pandora no Hako no Himitsu- Movie! It was released on the same day and featured the "Onna ga Medatte Naze Ikenai" song, as well as "Namidacchi" (also previously released by us). Since I already had to work on the Medatte song for the Movie I decided to just work in the whole PV as well. So that's why it's here and done.
I'm glad, and I hope you'll all like it. I had to work on some parts using really old methods - like working and positioning letters by hadn. That was something!

WOHOO!! Just finished working on my 6th and last song for Macross the Movie. I hope there's not going to be any more "suprise" vids I have to do.

Working now on a very OOOOOLD Movie Karoake and TLC: Leda (I think the original title is Fantastic Adventure of Yohko: Leda). It's fun so far, even though it's not my kind of movie. But that never really stopped me before, and it's not doing now.

After that I have to finish that Gundam video I've been dreading so far. *sigh* I really don't wanna work on it.

Followed by a movie Karaoke for one of SC's surprise projects. What will it be?! What will it be?

Takahashi Ai, Niigaki Risa and Tanaka Reina - Take off is now! (MM Concert Tour '09 Haru ~Platinum 9 Disco~) - Awesome version of this song. This marks also the last time this song was performed on stage. I really love it. The dance introduction was great and I loved the distinctive reagge style of this song.

Yaguchi Mari & Yasuda Kei - Otome no Shinrigaku (H!P '08 Winter ~Kettei! Haro Pro Award '08~) - I'm a big Marippe and Kei Fan and this was a project I insisted on and had to coerce SC to work on. I'm glad and grateful that he did so and I really hope you'll all enjoy it too. I still think we need more Marippe and Kei videos! Vote with me here!!!! Marippe looks so cute!!!!! *fangirls*

There are going to be other videos then those that I list here, because we got someone else working on other projects. These are the ones, that I've been working on....

Himuro Ibu (CV Sugaya Risako) - Elegant Girl - A really sweet song, that isn't really my style... I actually don't like Risako much, but SC is a big fan and loved this when it came out. ( I remember him talking to me about the awesomeness of this song an hour after it was released.... ^_^) Since our friendship is something that is based on give and take and trust I gave this PV a try and actually liked how my effects turned out. SC loved them, so it was a win-win for all of us. Enjoy this powerful girl song!

Berryz Koubou - Otakebi Boy WAO! - This song was seriously giving me a headache. I really love this song, but it's been lying around for months now because I couldn't figure out how to make the perfect effects to fit this absolutely awesome song (and still make it my own)! Right after this song first came out, and I was next deep in shit, a lot of people released this song on YT and other sites, making it a No-No project for me, as I hate competing with other peoples releases (especially since a few releases actually looked a little like what I had planned for it). After I read some ppls comments about how H!F was getting slow and couldn't keep up and someone or other had to just release this song and not wait for the H!F version I actually put this project on hold. I still think that decision was okay. This video turned out just as I envisioned it back then, and it doesn't look like any of the releases that I was competiting with at that time.

Abe Natsumi - Iki wo Kasanemashou - I've been a secret Nacchi fan for most of her career, but never had the chance to actually work on one of her projects myself. This song turned out to be one of my favourite songs by her and I hope you'll enjoy it too. I love how my effects suit the song. Never had to generate blades of grass before. Huh..! (Did you figure out that the lines sway in time with the beat? That was a bitch to program... Thanks to OJ for his technical help there!)

Macross Movie Karaoke

I started working on some new Anime Karaoke yesterday. For this project a lot of different karaoke specialists started working together. I get to do 5 songs in total. I finished 2 of them so far and am working on the 3rd.

This one was the first on my list. "What 'bout my star?" by Ranka Lee is song 08 in the movie and my first song. I kept the effects simple because Ranka begins singing really slow and gradually sings stronger. I did work with different "special" effects, like flying dots and dollar symbols as well as stars whenever the word star shows up.

This one was pretty fun to make, too. This is also the first song in a series of commercial songs by Ranka Lee. It's called "Kaitaku Juuki" and is song 10 in the movie. I tried to copy the barrier tape that you can see in the background. It actually worked pretty awesomely!

I really loved this BK song, because of it's meaning "Friends are just Friends". Friends are important for everyone so this one I decicated to all of my friends. Since we liked the song, and SC wanted to, we also released the beach version of this song. Don't like it much, but the effects were the same.

This song took actually a long time to finish because of the effect difficulty. The highlight effects weren't that hard, but the driving bus with exhaust fumes.

I've always been a big fan of Mini Moni, back in the days. When they announced this little renedition of the group I was really happy, especially with the line-up. I hope you all enjoyed my flying strawberries! I'm still trying to get SC to let me do some Mini Moni song...

Getting back on track

Hey everyone! How are you all?

I'm quite fine myself. Driving lessons are over for now and will continue after I have my theoretical examina next month, July 6th. My teacher said it was smarter to just wait for after it and schedule some more lessons right before the pratical driving test. Something about being fresh and having sat behind the wheel before the test makes for better driving during it. I guess I believe him since I'm considering it. All in all everything went well so far. I didn't have any accidents. I only made a few mistakes in total (whew! And I really had a looooot of insecurities and angst before). Oh, and once I nearly had an incident with a pedestrian - but that wasn't actually my fault. He came out from behind a big car, I couldn't see him and he just boldly walked into the street, even though there was no crosswalk. And even though I was driving very slowly, I wasn't able to stop in time, because he walked right into my side mirror. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I nearly threw up after that because I was shaking so hard. Nothing happend. My teacher berated him, loudly, out of the car window and we continued on, since I had to move forward on that street.

Right now I'm at my grandparents place getting ready for my upcoming exams at the end of the month. I'm really nervous, since those two exams are the last I have to take. WOHOOO!!! I'm not sure how I'm supposed to actually get all that information in my braind, but it's working just fine right now.
I actually started revising for the test a few weeks ago - that's earlier than I ever started before in my whole life. I normally tend to revise for tests like 2 to 4 days before it actually takes place, and I actually do it not on the first date there is for the examina, but on the second or third. This time I'm doing it radically. Starting right now with the first.

Okay, have to go, my family just arrived.
