New Section opened at Mognet

Let's keep the holiday season going! Hey, if the retailers insist on still playing irritating Christmas carols until New Years then we can release a holiday song today! No one argues with extra presents a bit late, now do they? This also serves as the landmark first release in our "Concerts" section! Hope you enjoy this and the releases to come!

I'm happy to announce these great News and present you the first video in our new section.
Since I'm a big fan of ELLEGARDEN I really wanted to do one of their songs, so here it is:
ELLEGARDEN - Santa Claus from their Bring Your Board!! 2004 tour.ELLEGARDEN was a J-Punk band that unfortunately decided to break up earlier this year. I'm still devestated about this news as I was really fond of them and have several Album CDs at home.
Please enjoy this little something from one of my favourite bands.

Stars...

It's so beautiful!

Three days have passed since my last entry. I cooled down a little, talked with my aunt and also talked with SC today. *sigh* We can't change what happend but I hope it's not going to happen again. We agreed to ask before doing something as stupid again in the future. It'll keep things from getting out of hand.
I apologize if I sounded a little dramatic, but I was really pissed at that moment.

Anyway. I'm currently sitting in my grandmothers creative room and staring out of the overhead window, which grants me a lovely sight of the starlit night sky. We've got all these tiny little stars here, that I can't see well in the big city (namely, Vienna) whith all it's lights on during the night.
I really love nights like these. It's freezing cold out there (we're currently at a -10°C scale) and my glasses are fogging with cold quite easily so I'm really enjoying sitting here in the dark room, keyboard on my knees, feet up on another chair and staring out the window wile writing this entry.
It's one of my greatest wishes to one time have a room similiar to this, with wide open windows from where I can star into the night. My own little paradise.
Unfortunately I can't post a pic of this, as it's black outside and I don't have a camera here who could possibly make a picture of this lovely scenery at night.

Did I already say I love this place? Well, it's definitly true!!!!
*sigh*

So, how is everyone. Are you already making New Year's pledges? Hmm, I don't even know if that's a common costum. I refrained from doing any the past years, but I will do some this year. I decided that while talking to my aunt two days ago.

Let's see...
1. is definitly to finish up my bachelor degree this summer.
2. to start my masters in publizism and mass communication in march.
3. to start another bachlor - most likely one in english to get a degree which will help me later on and probably one in literature.
4. to get things straightened out at the university and with my finances
5. to find a student job to help support me and save money to move to america.
6. to apply for a green card.
7. to finish writing on my first book (I'm halfway through!)

well, wow. that's a long list.
I'm actually quite happy that I don't have to put something like "I want to stop smoking" or "I want to stop drinking" on my list. What I probably should put on my list is to loose some weight, but that would be something I needed to do over some years, so I'm not going to put it on the list but just start doing it.

Let's hope I'll be able to achieve most of these things. I think I can make it!
Okay, time for shutting down this comp and do some more reading.
Have a nice evening everyone!

Not Amusing At All

Well, I certainly just got a message that I found not amusing at all. I've been away from home for about 6 days now and I was able to check on my emails nearly every day but today I got really surprised when I checked out the H!F forums.
Amazingly they released one of the videos I was assigned too and - well, you could guess this - I haven't sent in my effects yet. The video is nearly done and on my HD right now but - it's really amazing - it's been released!!!!
This is the second time something like this happend, and I wasn't even asked if it would be okay if someone else took over the project.

Well, now, boys, you have to understand this is not amusing at all. I'm actually quite pissed and you just blew my good humor to the winds. I actually feel like quitting the group, because this video meant a lot to me and I was looking forward to show you the effects when I came back home in less than 2 weeks. I'm not quite sure how to proceed right now and I'm actually glad that I'm about to go to bed, so I don't do anything harsh and stupid, like to really quit (because this groups actually means a lot to me, or meant. I'm still debating the notion.).

But just think about this. I totally blew at least 2 exams because I was working my ass of for your last spree and now you're jumping at my back. I really lack adequate words to express to you what I really think this moment.

I'm going to bed.
night.

Christmas Day

Hello there!
I'm currently on the notebook from my aunt. She has a great internet connection on it which allows me to post some pictures! YAAAY~

How is everybody doing? I hope you all had a greast Christmas Eve with your family and loved ones?!
Well, I had. We have somewhat of a routine already. I'm decorating the tree while my grandfather is in church and my grandma and aunt are cooking your dinner.
When I'm done we all change into nice clothes and tidy up and wait till my grandfather comes back.
After that we have dinner (this years version of it was beef with venion meat sauce, potato dumplings and red cabbage) and coffee. After that we all venture to the tree, say a prayer to the lord and thank you for everything everyone did for someone or all of us this past year. After that some kisses and hugs as well as nice words and we all go back to the kitchen were we open our presents.

This years presents were exiting! I got a kimono-blouse I wanted to have and nice warm socks to run around in my flat from my grandparents and my aunt's present was a new "red" toaster, as my old one broke down half a year ago.
I bought my grandparents an expensive soap dispenser in which I hid 100 Euro for their new bath (they're going to renovate in spring). My aunt got two musical tickets for "mama mia - the musical" in january for us both. Naturally she already knew about that one, as I had to double check if she even had time on the day the musical was playing. She was really happy about those cards and is still totally excited about it. But since it's boring if you already know what you get I also hunted down a album CD from Marc Marshall, a great german artist with really meaningful and deep songs, and a Card in which I could hide the musical ticekts.
The card read "Liebe ist das Einzige, was nicht weniger wird, wenn man sie verschwendet." which roughly translates into "Love is the only thing that doesn't get less even if it's thrown away."
Great proverb indeed.

Well now.
Today it's snowing.
It's the second time it snows here, though we didn't have any snow on christmas yesterday which was too bad, but can't be helped. I'm just happy it's snowing today, as I really love to look out the windows, write on stories and watch the snow inbetween.
We will also get some guests today: my uncle with his wife and kid are coming over for lunch, presents and probably dinner. I'm not sure what is the best strategy - hide entirely on the attic and read book - which probably won't work as my cousin is really noise and loves to hunt me down - or pretend as if I really enjoy their company. It's just me that has some problems with them - okay, not really problems, it just feels awkward -, but that's another and way too personal story to tell here.
I'm probably opting for the "pretend to enjoy the company" setting, as it's christmas day and it's nice to have family over (or so I heared).

Anyway. I'm currently hugging my stuffed orca which I dearly love and write this blog entry. I also listen to the stuff my family is talking about in the kitching under my room and I'm listening for any cars to show up. Maybe the snow gets too much? HAHA!
That would be the thing. *grin*

Anyway. Off I go.
Here is a picture from the snow last week.I'll post new ones as soon as we make some pics!!!
Merry Christmas!

New Korean Releases!!

It's been a while since I worked on anything korean, but it's time to remedy this!

I've finally worked on new korean videos for my german group. But because this wouldn't be happening without the enourmous help of fellow fansubbers at BoAjjang I want to thank them from the depth of my heart for allowing me to join their group, sharing scripts with me and their time in sheer endless quality checks.
It's great to work with dedicated people, especially if you don't have anyone else to work with *laugh*
Anyway.
Since they made it possible we finished up two of my more loved korean pvs.

The first which will probably be released is the korean version of the DBSK song Rising Sun. For all who don't know DBSK is also known as TVXQ in korea. It's been nearly 2 years since we released the japanese version of this song. I'm glad to announce that we will also release the korean version soon.

The second video is one of my right now favorites. It's SHINee's Love like Oxygen. Please enjoy this eyecandy and sorry for the video quality. It's hard to get ahold of good korean rips.

Another video which has gone a long way to completition is this one. We actually worked on it more than 2 years, so please have mercy on the effects. I worked on them early on but we didn't get a decent raw and then we had other problems so it took us a really long time. I hope you will enjoy this anyway: Namie Amuro - Wishing on the same star

Well, Thanks! And have fun with these.
I'm not sure when they get released.
Please be sure to check out
www.boajjang.com too look up if it was released!

:D

New Release Spree!!!!

Well, again it has been some time.
Before I go on holidays starting tomorrow morning I thought I should share with you what I've been up to and what will be released in the next few days or weeks to come (or in some cases - past).

Let us do the Hello!Fansubs Releases first.

We actually never thought we'd see this DVD Raw anytime soon. The single didn't have a Single-V and we really were desparate as the single came out early this year. We agreed to not do the TV-Rip version as we only had really ugly ones and we hoped that this song was going to be on this years pucchi best. Meanwhile we released a concert performance of this song that was well recived. You can't imagine what a shock it was when we found out in late summer that it wasn't supposed to be on the pucchi best and we totally gave up on this, at least for the time being. Now december arrived and with it came the pucchi best 9 release and TADAAAAA the raw was on it! We really didn't believe it and within a day I fixed the effects to the DVD raw and it was released. Now what is it?

Yes, great guess. It's Athena & Robikerottsu - Seishun! LOVE Lunch!!!

Still in spirit of this success and SC nagging me to finish this song up because the new single of the same band was out, I finally finished up °C-ute's last single Edo no Temari Uta II. I'm not altogether happy with this but I've been working on this video since the single came out and I couldn't think of anything "amazing" that would fit, so we went along with the initial ideas and it turned out okay.

But we can't have a release spree without releasing at least one concert performance. I actually finished up two videos.
One was Yajima Maimi's Natsu DOKI Lipstick from the C-ute 07 Haru ~Golden Hatsu Date~ Concert. The other performance was a little older and one of my favorites. I still think it was one of the best performances of the whole concert tour, except for W's Nagisa no Sindbad. ^^ I'm talking about the Introduction Song Suki Sugite Baka Mitai, which everyone performed.
Great song!!!

:D hope you'll all enjoy these releases as much as we do releasing them.
Next up is something totally diffrent. Will talk about it when I come back from classes!
Laters!

Back on Track!

Hello Everybody!!
I'm officially back on track again and working hard to provide you with some new christmas releases (before I go into hiatus till january 6th).

We've got several new videos coming your way.
I'm also officially working for BoAjjang again.
Thanks to Alan who helped us get some things straight and programmed a tool for me I'm now able to work on korean videos.
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY \o/
More exiting news about this will come at a later point.

Anyway! Just making sure you know that I'm back.
I'm active again and working hard to provide videos for several groups.
Let's just hope I'll be able to finish stuff for my own group too!?

On a short notice: Is there anybody who would like to try out working for me? I'm currently looking for Encoders for various groups.
Experience would be nice, also you'd need to be online every day and know how to encode XVID avi AND H264 mp4/mkv.
If you're interested please let me know...

^^ okay. that's it for today. see ya soon!

BAKK1 dekita!!!!! Mognet on hiatus... preparing for tests!

Hello everyone!
Okay, this is a short update on how things are going.
I finally finished my BAKK paper. I totaled it on 32 pages and a lot to still be desired. Given that I wrote 17 of the 32 pages in 14 hours straight, I'm quite impressed myself.
It was one of the hardest things I ever did, since I soon realized, that I was running into a great big bubble of information but no way out. I saw that I wouldn't be able to write it all down and break it up in different chapters.
I had to really cut it short, as I was running late and I had to try to get across what my paper was about. Since I am planning to re-use the paper and continue my research next semester, I wasn’t overly concerned about it.

In the end I went with really explicit descriptions of internet and internet communication. I also researched non-commercial and commercial communication and did a whole chapter on computer mediated communication. I skipped over the chapters of weblogs, MUDs and chats and wrote a small part of the paper about motivation and self-portraying.
I just hope that it’ll be positive. I don’t need anything else. We’ll see tomorrow!

Also on a short notice: Mognet is currently on hiatus.
I think I actually already wrote about it but just wanted to say again, that Kumama and Stiltzkin finally moved into their new home. They are currently renovating which is the reason we’re not really active.
We do hope that starting next year we’ll be up to our normal speed.
Let’s just hope everything goes as planned.

The shock of my life I probably had on Sunday. I was looking up my test notes and remembered that this week was exam week and I still had a few tests I wanted to make. So I hurried up and looked up the dates. As it was, all of my tests would have been on Monday, but given the rule that you had to be registered for the test two days before I was totally screwed!! In the end I couldn't participate in any tests. My last hopes are the tests at the end of January. Let's just hope that I don't forget about them again, though in the long run, with my paper having been due yesterday, I’m actually glad. The good thing is that I remembered that I still could write one of my political science tests which will now take place Friday next week. So I’m again not going to be around much. I actually already enrolled for it.

Please bear with these waits. I’ll be back, as will Mognet, as soon as things settle down.

Warm Greetings!

First Snow...

It's fucking snowing!!!!!!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! First Snow. I really hate it. Really, really hate it!! I was wet from top to bottom.

Hello folks!
Long time no see - or something along that line. In the past few days I was really busy working on college stuff. I still am in the middle of work but I thought I just let you know that I'm still here, and still active.
In the last two weeks I wasn't able to finish any new projects which is the reason I haven't posted anything.
I've also been reading quite a lot for my papers.
Hopefully I'll be done soon and have some free time to work on karaoke stuff again.
Till then, I'm qutie sorry, but I probably won't write too much.

anyway! see ya~

Flowing~

Latest Hello!Fansub release:
All - Ame no Furanai Hoshi de wa Aisenai Darou? from the H!P '08 Summer Wonderful Hearts Kouen ~Hishochi de Date Itashima Show~ concert.
We realle worked hard on this one. Thanks to sferris we were even able to do the chinese parts in this song. I'm particularly proud of the chorus and chinese line effect. it's basically a flowing \K effect which is racing along the line. But something you can't see is that it consists of tiny little circles that change color and grow smaller. It makes an eerie smoth effect. Really love it. I first wrote it as part of my latest Anime Karaoke-Work for a series called "Blade of the Immortal".
Anyway. I'm really proud of this effect so please enjoy.
This video is as always available through the Hello!Online Tracker.

Inspector Pepper, at your service!

YAY! Finally I was able to finish this project off. SC wanted me to do anything for the weekend, as long as we get a PV out ... dou demo ii yo. Well, I settled for the latest release and the project where I was the farthest along, which was: Morning Musume - Pepper Keibu!
This awesome song is like a really old hit already. Most of you will probably know Pink Lady? Well, if not, please check them out. They were a really successful duo in the late 70ies throughout the 80ties and early 90ies. Anyway, this duo released a single called "Pepper Keibu" - which was their debut song, btw - on August 25th, 1976. Now, that's a real classic!
Takahashi Ai and Niigaki Risa (I think…) were both participating in the movie shot of the story of Pink Lady and the management decided to release a single - which was then "Pepper Keibu".
This song really was a lot of work. I hid 8 different effects in only 4 minutes and it works! Sorry for the big file sizes but the video itself has a lot of glitter and motion in it which is really bad for encoding purposes.
I still hope you will all enjoy this as much as we do.

Torrents are - as always - available on Hello!Online!

New Mognet Section...

Did you moogle fans already see our new and shiny section? NO?
Well, let me tell you about it.

We moogles at Mognet really adore our Anime Openings and Endings. Mostly we've been fans of those for quite some years now and everyone will remember how hard it is to find some really old Anime Opening and Ending Videos. Luckily you won't have to search too far now, because we moogles heared ya. Mognet presents his latest section: MogNAV, a section all about "creditless" Anime Openings and Endings.
We will try to release some videos from time to time. New ones and older ones. Some you'll know, and some might be new to you.
We really hope you'll enjoy this as much as we do, because, boy, we do enjoy Anime OPs & EDs.

MogNAV is already running for a few days so we can show you some of our works. You'll see we will have new ones pretty soon. As for now please enjoy the following Releases (which are the ones I did - but we have others released too):

Ranma OP#3 CoCo - Omoide ga Ippai
Jigoku Shoujo OP SNoW - Sakasama no Chou
Death Note ED#1 Nightmare - Alumina
Sola OP Yuuki Aira - Colorless Wind
Sola ED Ceui - Mellow Melody

Second Release Batch (Mognet)

Wow, well we had some really nice videos in the last batch, but honestly, it's getting better.

After that really funny Jero song we thought we do something for you girl band fans. We actually wanted to do something by that band anyway - it's just too bad that it's that particular song as the PV is really cheap. I still love it, even though the lyrics just don't make any sense at all. Well, here they are: Hinoi Team - Play with the numbers. I really had a lot of fun working on this as I was looking forward to work with random digits. I always wanted to try an effect like that, but honestly, how many songs do you know that let you play with numbers? Probably not a lot...
But we wouldn't be Mognet if we didn't try to also show you some classic artists, which is why we bring you our latest rock classic Hamada Shogo - I Am a Father. We moogles really adore our Shogo as he's one genius with lyrics. You have to give this a try!
Let's sum it up: We've got something for the girl band lovers, we also have a rock classic, we've covered the hilarious Enka-guy, did some Oasis-like rock, covered you VK fans out there, oh, and yeah, we also showed you one really freaky pop song.... Now what are we missing?
Right! We're missing the cute moe-megane girls in our equation. And we sure have something for that section: Tokito Ami - Sentimental Generation, which is also the Opening Theme to the second season of School Rumble, the anime. YAAAAAY! Really, you'll love it. This proves that Tsunku can still write decent songs, even though he's bringing them out to dozens.
But that's not all! We still got one more. What better way to end our spree with an energetic song!? Well, we bring you something you Sambomaster Fans out there have been waiting for. Sambomaster - Hikari no Rock is our video of choice and one awesome song. It's also the Movie Theme Song to the Anime Movie "Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion" and I had major fun working on it. But just see yourself.
All releases are available through Torrent.
Go grab them while they're still hot!

Happy 6th Birthday, Mognet!!!!

Wow, has it already been more than 2 week. o_O I didn't realize it. lol!!
Here's the new update with my latest released stuff.
Mognet is on a Halloween/Birthday spree, which will probably continue until tomorrow, and is throwing out all the stuff we had penned up for today.

First one of this batch is Kaera Kimura's Magic Music - a really awesome song which will probably remind you of a Peter Gabriel-esque video. Anyway, this is one of my personal favourites and one good song.
The next video we put out was the VKei Song Still Doll by Wakeshima Kanon. It's perfect for Halloween and was featured in the first season of Vampire Knight - the Anime (it was the ending). I absolutely adore this video. It's also the first where I was able to get the bursting letters to work - YAY! for me. \o/ This projects was actually a request by one of my "fans" Killjoy. I hope you'll enjoy it without killing someone!!
After that we absolutely had to release something Rock-related. We settled on this really great song - Base Ball Bear's Dakishimetai. It's actually one of my favourites of the band, though I also like Dramatic and a few others. Maybe we'll do some more of them soon. Base Ball Bear is really popular in Japan right now.

But what is a release spree without something to shake your head at. We definitely had to bring you something that is totally hilarious and amazing at the same time. We decided to do Jero's umiyuki. Umiyuki is Jero's first big release in Japan and believe it or not - he's a Black Guy with Japanese roots though he grew up somewhere in America. In memory of his late Grandmother, who was Japanese herself and loved music, he decided to go to Japan and become a star in the underrepresented Enka-Genre, which is basically traditional Japanese Folk Music. Amazingly he was a success which is probably partly because he looks like a young Will Smith in "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" and partly because he's a Black Guy singing Enka. We at Mognet at least agree that we love-hate him, just because it's so awesomely hilarious. Anyway - please enjoy this little bit of trivia.

More to follow soon!
Everything is available as Torrent releases through our page.

Birthday!!!

Oh nooooooooooo. That time of the year again...

Oh well!!!
Lucky me has a test today... I so didn't learn anything at all *sigh* -_-'''

15. Oktober 2008

The release-spree continues...

Hello there!
Been a few days since I last updated. Sorry about that, but I was kinda busy.
Today here's a quick update on the latest two videos I did.
Both, again, are from our currently 15-day-release-spree with Hello!Fransubs. You can find the video on the Hello!Online Tracker if you're interested in these. Anyway. I don't want to make too big a show of these, since I have to learn for tomorrows test, which is why this will be quick.

The first release is one of my personal favourite songs. This performance was actually not my first choice as I liked the initial concert performance of this song even better, but since that one was already done we decided to go with the next best we could find. Amazingly this song had a 32mb ass script file. It's my to-date biggest ass-file - which is soooooooo awesome. I was trying really hard to get this pixel \K effect done on some other projects but was never able to. This time I made it. I hope you'll enjoy this as much as we do: Takahashi Ai, Niigaki Risa, Kamei Eri & Tanaka Reina - Shanimuni Paradise (MM '07 Aki ~Bon Kyu! Bon Kyu! Bomb~)

After that we released one of BexXz new creations and today we released another of mine. This one we actually had done a few months ago, just with another performance, as we weren't able to find the video we wanted to work with - initially. Now, this is the performance we actually wanted to sub back then. The concert is one of my all-time favourites as it's the one with the most still active Morning Musume members back in 2003. Believe me, this is ONE AWESOME concert. Anyway. This time we tried to blend the old effects from the other release (Morning Curry Concert) with new effects (same basic idea as AS FOR ONE DAY) to fit it to the new video. We came up with a compromise, which means glowstick action and bouncing: Morning Musume - TOP! (MM '03 Haru 'Non Stop!')
That's it for today.
All releases are available on H!O in both Xvid and H264.

If you want to know what I'm currently working on check out the latest Momosu single or the latest C-ute single.

Greetings~

9. Oktober 2008

And on we go...

Yay, we've been quite active lately - well okay, I was, since everyone else was already done months ago. Anyways.
We have two new releases, and another two coming up this weekend.
Just so everyone knows - we're talking Hello!Fansub Concert Performances here.

The first one we released was yesterdays Morning Musume - Ikimasshoi (MM '07 Aki ~Bon Kyu! Bon Kyu! Bomb~). It's the following up performance to another perfo I'm currently working on (but tomorrow more about that ^_^). The general feeling for this one was definitly "color and play"!
The next performance we'll release (probably today) is going to be the follow-up performance to last weeks "wakkyanai (z)": C-ute - Shiroi Tokyo (C-ute '07 Haru ~Golden Hatsu Date~). I really wanted to do this one since I also worked on the "ZYX" Pv-version years ago. I really love this song and though I probably could have done a lot better with the fx, I still think it looks fine in a dignified way. I basically wanted to follow up BexXz winter-ish release of "Pitari Shitai Xmas" which we released a few days ago.

I hope you'll all enjoy this. I'm taking my leave now since I'm currently working on tomorrows release ;)

Bye~

Slow Treading...

hey folks!
I've been busy again. After this amazing release spree we had with Hello!Fansubs, I've been working on a new round of projects to get done for the upcoming weekend. stay tuned~

But now to the real topic of this post.
I've been really excited to get my hands on the new copy of C.L. Wilsons latest book release "King of Swords and Sky" and I still haven't finished reading it. In some ways I think I don't get a connection with this book or I'm unconsciously waiting for something. My guess is, that I don't really want to read the book till the last of the books is out - which should be around June next year. I actually can't wait to read the whole story in one sitting. I've been reading into some of the book's chapters and it seems quite nice, but it's not as fascinating as the first two books where. Maybe it's really my mind dampening down on my excitement to read this. *sigh* it's really a hassle. I actually had hope to bridge the time till the last book with reading the third installment, but that seems to not work for me. I'm just glad some thing did work out in book 3, but I think I'll make this a saver, till I get my hands on the last part of the story. I really hate cliffhangers and though these books actually always have some kind of an ending with a big bang at the end, I still know that there's going to be more of this and so I still feel like the story is about to plung into a big black hole.
Well, can't be helped then. I just have to wait!

Though since I'm not satisfied with books recently I tend to buy even more.
Today five new books arrived and they are quite fine reads, though I'm not really up to reading those stories to the fullest. I'm currently skipping around in 4 diffrent books - while not reading everything I try to get the "greater meaning" of the story by skipping through parts of the story and reading the last 3 pages. After that I normally know what's going on and put the book away. *sigh* That's also very frustrating. maybe it's time I stop my excessive reading and start some quality reading again.

Anyway. that's it from me today. I'm going to work on this weekends spree. bye~

New H!F-Releases coming up!

Time for some new H!P related releases. It turned out that I had more pending projects than I thought so I put my finger down and worked on them. I finished up 4 new videos in two days, which is quite nice. Hopefully you'll all enjoy them as much as we do.

Morning Musume - AS FOR ONE DAY (MM '03 Haru 'Non Stop!')
W - Nagisa no Sindbad (H!P '06 Winter ~Wonderful Hearts~)
C-ute - Wakkyanai (Z) (C-ute '07 Haru ~Golden Hatsu Date~)
Country Musume - Kakumei CHIKKU KISS (CM LIVE '06 ~Shibuya des Date~)

Releases coming soon in the next few days.
As always you'll get them at www.hello-fansubs.de

YAY, it's going to be released! I can't wait to get my copy. It should be here today, so I'm staying awake to open for the post guy. It's the third book in a 4-Book story, situated in a land inhabitated by everything a good fantasy book needs - dark mages, elves, fey, humans, beautiful beats... *sigh*
Can't wait, can't wait!

ARGH!

Shitty day!

Hello again!
I've already been back since monday this week but I was so busy, that I totally forgot to update. So here I am again. Back in my apartment, alone, and a little depressed. Today (actually yesterday) I had the first exam of a quite few I have to take this semester and guess what? Yep, I totally misjudged the enormity of the learning matter. So anyway, bottom line is, that I totally screwed up and I have to take it again somewhen in november.
This totally screws up my motivation and everything but it's definitly all my fault. First I missjudged the time I still had till the test, then I missjudged the enormity of the matter and in the end I just read books.

Bad, I know. *sigh*
Anyway, enough of the gloom. I want to tell you about the two new authors I'm currently reading. Since "Twilight" - the movie by Stephanie Meyers is coming out somewhen in december I really wanted to read the book before the movie was out - so I bought it (the book) and read it all in one day. I wasn't too sure if I'll like the genre as it's paranormal ficton for young adults. I'm normally the adult-genre reader - But In The End: This series is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay amazing and totally captivating. I couldn't keep down the book long enough to eat a proper meal. It's really great and I hope the movie is going to be as great - cause, it's definitly a home dvd buy! YES!
After finishing up the first book, I looked around and it's actually an amazing quadrilogie. I totally buyed those books right then and when I came back home on monday I had four shiny new books here. YAY \o/. I've actually been only skipping through the other three books and I definitly want to read them full as soon as I have my tests finished up. But I've also been reading some strange critics about those other three. Presumable the fourth book was diffrent and hence not quite liked. I prefer to form my own opinion so I'm definitly going to read it. Right now I can't affort the time to read *sigh* ;_; A sad fact!

While browsing through Amazon I also found another series by an author named P.C. Cast, and her daughter Kirsten Cast named "The House of Night" - a vampire school series for young adults about a kickass girl names Zoey Redbird, who is thourouly disgusted with her no-caring mother and step-loser dad, till in the blink of an eye her whole life changes, as a vampyre tracker marked her as one of the night creatures. Zoey is thrown into a world of pagan rites, gifts granted by the vampyre queen Nyx herself and schemeing old adults.
An amazing new book series is thrown at us with currently four books out, though there is bound to be more to come. I googled up the authors: P.C. Cast is actually quite known for her reenditions of some popular heroic saga material mixed up with modern 21th centuary women at Berkleys (one of my favourite book publishers) and I'm currently buying those books - can't resist. Her daughter is a Biology student, author, poetist and journalist. Amazing!
But there goes one of my ideas for a book. +sigh+ Too bad, I didn't start working on my scripts earlier. Anyway.

Please check out these amazing authors if I love vampire fiction. You're bound to be captivated!

Sore ja! That's it from me for today. I'm going to finish up a new PV now and then it's time for bed. Oyasumi!

New Book, College preparations and other stuff!

Finally my book arrived. I've been waiting an additional week for it to get here and I'm very pleased to finally have it in my hands. I've been reading it twice since tuesday last week. It concluded a lot of open storyline and opened up some new stuff and introduced new characters. I hardly can wait for the next book "Dark Slider" somewhen next year. Hopefully Feehan will revail soon who's starring the next book. I've got a lot of interesting ideas, but it's always nice to have it confirmed.

Also we (from H!F) have been adding some new concert perfomances on our to-do-list. Hopefully you'll all be happy about the new stuff to come out soon. Also, I'm going to confirm here that it's me going to work on "Pepper Keibu", Momosu's latest Single. Unfortunately around the time that the Single V is going to be out, I'll have tests, which is why it'll take some time before it comes out.
I think you will all survive it.

September is slowly coming to an end and I'm starting on college preparation which is why I'm not going to be around in the next two to three weeks.
Please bear with me! I'll keep you updated when I have more time again.
For now I'm going to take a short vacation at my grandparents's and will be back next week.

Have a nice time!!

True Love Song... (?)

Yes, a true love song.
Mognet proudly presents the latest release - which is one of mine - HA! Else I wouldn't write about it here. I'm really happy to present this song as it's one of my personal favourites, though I can tell you, I won't watch this video for at least another 4 months. I've been going back and forth in this video to fix colors and effects for a couple of days, back when I made that. Kumama and I completely agree, that we don't need to see it again anytime in the near future.
Anyway - here is a screenshot of the video. Please also read the blog entry Stiltzkin made on wedding ceremonies on Mognet's official page.
Shonan no Kaze - Junrenka // I'm still not sure whether the band name is really written like that... ô.ô but Stiltz said so... Oh well!As always the release is available through Mognet's torrent page. Feel free to leave comments!

New PV's? Not yet, but soon!

Wow, it has been some days and I was really busy. I've been working on a lot of new videos for your pleasure. I finished off 6 new pvs in the last 2 1/2 days and I hope you'll all like them!
They'll still need some time to get encoded and released, but at least we have some new works in stock. If you've been wondering - they're MOGNET releases!

Here's a collage-picture I made up really fast. You'll find 9 diffrent PV's in it. Maybe you'll recognise some?
Let me know if!!
So long! See ya all soon~

emailimeeruimaaru... argh...

What a hell of a day.
It's 6:30pm now and I've been working since I woke up around 12am - doesn't sound too funny, right? Well, guess what I've been doing all day long. Yes, right. I've been writing Emails for 6 hours now. I'm currently trying to get concert tickets and interview permissions for the magazine I'm working for and I've been doing it for the last few hours. It's funny how you can do nothing or such a small thing for so many hours. I can't believe it. and I'm HUNGRY!

Going to order out food. I'm too lazy to get up and cook something.

Hopefully I'll be able to work on some more karaoke today! ARGH!

Dancing Monkeys and cute Baseballplayers

Right!
Time for a new post.
I've been really busy the last days trying to get a lot of work done, not only for HelloFansubs but Mognet too - but I'll tell you all about Mognet at some other time.
Right now, it's time for my update on Hello!Fansubs for which I did two new songs. \o/ YAY! (two less to do off of my to-do-list).
Anyway. Since the release of °C-ute's latest single DVD "Temari no Uta II" was delayed for two (?) weeks I decided to work on some other stuff meanwhile. I already had some lines for the latest BerryZ Koubou single "YUKE! YUKE! Monkey Dance" done but wasn't finished with it yet. To make a long story short - I needed about 72 hours total work time to finish up yuke yuke which I split up across about 2 weeks, because I had some work for the magazine to do (as you can read in previous posts). So after Drazic told me 'what I was working on' (which was a quiz that only he answered) I decided to make an endspurt with the project and get it done as soon as I can.
I needed 2 more days of working nearly 8 hours to get it finished but I think the end product exeeds all expectations. With the help of fellow asscalc-mate Meitei I was able to pull of some really awesome effects like clipped \K effects and individual start/end/fade and shake options - which is awesome. I did learn some new stuff while working on this so I'm really happy about how this went.
The end product was well recived though people tend to be sparse with comments. But fellow typesetters who commented on it were really astonished and happy to see such a good outcome. And I totally agree with some, that this video might just be my best - so far.The other song I was working was the Rakuten Eagles support theme by °C-ute, which was released late march. I was thinking along the lines of: "to make c-ute fans happy since latest single won't be out for another two weeks at least". Unlike yuke yuke this video went fairly fast. I only needed one forenoon to get it out and it had some nice effects. I drew two parts of the official logo by the team the "E" and the "S" as shapes and let them fly. I also used stars and baseballs in it. Generelly I tried to keep the theme of the song in mind and the predecessor with GAM and what effects we used there. This wasn't as hard and therefore not really worth talking about though I was happy when I finished it. One less video to work on. Next will probably be the new °C-ute song which will be out next week.
As always I included pictures. The files are available in both Xvid and H254 encodes on the Hello!Online board tracker.

Well, that's it for now! See you again next time.

ps: I finally had time again to clean my flat. Goooooood, I'm so happy!

spaghetti esagerato

My headache is gone. YES!!! \o/
Today I wrote 8 pages for that magazine. One about AnCafe, °C-ute and Berryz Kobo. Also one about various artists in hello!Project which turned out to be 5 pages long. HELLOOOOOOOOOO~! That's way too much. I've been researching for it for like 2 hours. Way too long if you ask me - but who asks?
Anyway! Since I've been working on this stuff since I woke up (around 4pm) I was now hungry as hell so I set off to find something suitable in my kitchen.
As I already knew: nothing was there to it spot on, so I had to cook something. Well, shit. What did I still have?

I still had a few pieced of Schwarwälder bacon, which is a little salty and tart in flavor. I also had white mushroom, leftover zucchini and spring onions which I chopped and stir-fryed. After that I added some whipped cream (the normal one, not the sweet one, and still liquid) and soft cheese to get the sauce and cooked everything till the soft cheese melted. Now add some salt, pepper and italian spices and you're set.Itadakimaaaaaaaaaaaasu!
And I tell you one thing - that bacon tastes awesome in cream sauce!

Okay! Back to writing those left over articles! see ya!

Headache of hell!

Yesterday was hell. I was having one headache of hell all day and it hasn't lessend even yet. I even too two aspirin but it didn't help. Oh well. Wasn't able to finish one thing so I'm going to bed now. Hopefully tomorrow it'll be better?

Oh yes, before I forget it.
The day before yesterday a girlfriend was over and we were watching TV, talking and cooking.
We named this for the color it turned out - Yellow Greenish Food!
Basically it's rise which I dyed yellow with curry powder, chicken, zucchini, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, yellow pepper and spices. We spiced everything with soy sauce, water and sour sweet sauce, salt, pepper, curry powder and italian spices (already mixed up) and cooked everything for about 20 minutes (till the rice was done).
it turned out really yummi. After we were done we decided to also put in two tomatoes since they were fresh and suited us. The endproduct looks something like this:

Damnit all to hell!

Okay, this day was like shit!
I was productive like hell, I just couldn't finish one thing. You don't know what I mean? Lemme explain!

Today I woke up really late - it was like 11:30am and I had my aunt over, so we cooked something, talked a little and I was already working on something which lastet till now. I'm currently working for a print magazine publishing news about japanese artists from various genres. I love the work but it's kinda hard if you have to finish like over 40 written articles and check them on being up-to-date, grammar, writing and so on. So I'm saying. since I woke up I edited 16 articles by writers of the online magazine - I'm also working for - which are also helping out at the print magazine, and I also wrote 3 myself today to get some of my workload done.
it's after 11pm now, I've been working on this for more than 10 hours, and we're still short like half of the articles we have to do. isn't that just frustrating? I also still need to write 6 pages about hello!project (which is okay, but will still need some time) and an article about AnCafe. I'M just happy I finished the Arashi, hide and YUI article today! I also edited my RAIN article which was hell. Have you ever tried to edit your own work after you had to edit it a month ago? I mean... it was this 51 lines article which I had to shorten to 41 lines. I wrote that one like a month ago and I had problems then too, because I had more information than I had the space to write! AAAARGH! And I still need to do fansub work today!
Double AAAARGH!

Gotta go. need to finish stuff!
Btw. Drazic recognised on what I'm working right now so I have to hurry up and finish it!
laters~

EVA 1.0 and Colorful Rainbows

Today I'm happy to tell you about my latest works released, or tbr.

Yesterday Mognet released my karaoke for Utada Hikaru's "Beautiful World", a song i really love and at the same time the theme song to Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone (ヱヴァンゲリヲン新劇場版:序 , Evangerion Shin Gekijōban: Jo). We actually had everything done by the end of march but waited for the DVD to be released. As it turned out there is no DVD release of this song as of yet, which is why we had to release this crappy TV-Rip. *shudders* Please bear with us. I sincerly hope that this song will one time be released as a DVD and therefor I'm waiting to re-release this (huh, already talking about a release when this was just released yesterday). Anyway, there is a little thing in this video that I totally screwed up and only saw after we released it - the in-video typesetting says "Evangelion shin gekijoban: tsuide", which is wrong. I sincerly apologies for not noticing earlier on.
The effects itself are really great. I used a miniature earth to fly behind some parts of the video and made a kind of wave effect for another, and some other effects you'll discover when watching the video. I hope you'll all like it. Here's the picture:But since I'm always a busy-tomo I finished some longstanding projects for ya all to see in the next few days/weeks. This one is going to be released later today...
7 nin Matsuri - "Summer Reggae Rainbow" is the last missing video from the Morning Musume. 2001 shuffle units. Some people asked last year if and when we'll release this but we've been too busy to do it last year and releasing it in winter would have been wrong. I hope you all won't die from anticipation, but here it is:Thanks go to LAILU for his outstanding timing skills in this one. He made some of the nifty effects possible by timing the script accordingly. I held the effects a little subdued due to the colorful color sheme used in this video. I don't thing I really have to tell you more. Please enjoy.

Both videos are available through Mognets Torrent page.

Pirates, Milk tea and Bonds!

What do you get if you combine lovely pirates, a tea cup full of milk tea and the bonds of a women to her beloved and the eternal thanks for being able to enjoy them?
... God, that was turgid talk.

Nevertheless, that's what the three new releases for Hello!Fansubs are about. Right after I came back from Frankfurt I worked on new videos to get some off of my to-do list (which is still awefully long *sigh*). The first to be released is the pirate song: "Hyokkori Hyoutan-jima" by Kusumi Koharu, Mitsui Aika, Junjun, Linlin. from the Morning Musume Concert Tour 2008 Haru ~Single Daizenshuu!!~. It's actually one of my favourites since in the original version Yaguchi looked really lovely. The PV of this song was released a long while ago by someone else, but since I didn't really like the effect then I asked if I could release this version instead. Obviously it was okay.
The second song to be released was the latest Single Release by Matsuura Aya - kizuna. For obvious reasons I had to do it myself (see my german pv groups name). It turned out quite lovely - at least that's what I think. The pv is rather boring, the song itself is very strong. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did.
The last one to be released last week was a re-edition by H!F. The video was first released by Gakisan-Fan. We from H!F asked him if it's okay to work on that song again and make a better karaoke for the song. Unfortunately I had time most of the song new as to fit my effect ideas. For the first effect I used little falling stars shaped as the headlights behind the girls on the stage. The second effect is a lemon falling down and breaking apart into lemon slices. I looks really nice and not too overpowered. We also used the same coloring as the girls wear in their costumes. I really love this song. Performes was the song "Lemon Iro to Milk Tea" by Niigaki Risa, Kamei Eri, Michishige Sayumi, Tanaka Reina, Kusumi Koharu at the Morning Musume Concert Tour 2006 Haru ~Rainbow Seven~.
Guess that's it for now. I caught up on all the done releases in the english scene. YAAAAAAAAY!!
No back to getting some new stuff done. Keep coming back!

Latest Mognet Releases (June '08)

Right before I went on hiatus and before we went officially on break for July Mognet release some of my new works. Here's a summary:

First on our list of new releases is my personal favourite. Natsukawa Rimi - nada sou sou is one awesome song and was also her work that made her really popular. Right about now it's one of the standart songs for karaoke machines. The song is a little diffrent than others since it's ryukyuu singing style with a little pop-influence. You still shouldn't miss out on it.The next video release I actually made like 8 months before we released it. Kumama had some problems encoding it and then it was forgotten. Luckily in the end we were able to release it - which I'll be eternally grateful for. We actually released the normal and the DanceShot version of this song. I know it was already relaesed by H!F - but, strange as it is, I was actually way before that finished with mine - we just hadn't encoded it then. I'm taking about °C-ute - Tokaikko Junjou...

And here's the last one before I was away. It's actually the first of our Summer Song theme. We're going to release more in the upcoming 2 months - but here it is: Ai Otsuka - SmilyI really had lots of fun working on this one. Some said the font choice for the translation is a little odd, but you'd have to take a close look on the t-shirt Ai is wearing. It's actually the same font!! Oh well.

That's it. As always you're able to get the releases on Mognet's tracker site and maybe stop by at our page. Kumama and Stilzkin worked some wonders on the new page. We also have a new forum board and blog function on the site, which are awesome. Take a look and maybe leave a comment?
See ya in the next post!!!
