Exams

O.M.G. I'm revising for tests and still I have the feeling it's not going too good.
Anyway!

Hello everybody!
Just wanted to let you know I'm still living and breathing. Also I'm reading a lot since my new book delivery for this month arrived.
I already finished a new book called "VAMPED", which is lovely!
Other than that I've just got a pic for you and no more words!

Plane Tickets and Anime Stuff

Hello everybody!

Sorry for not getting to you earlier but I was quite busy.
First I cleaned up my whole flat the day before yesterday and all my muscles still ache
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND I was busy organizing my trip to the US.

Yeah, mission accomplished!
I've got my passport and my plane tickets as well as my travel permit ready, though I won't be gone before september.
Anyway, this is all exciting news so I hadn't had much time doing anything particularly new.

On a site note I finished a lot of Anime Projects in the last few weeks:
Kemono no Souja Erin OP+ED,
Full Metal Alchemist 2 OP,
Tsubasa Chronicle Shunraiki OP+ED,
Soukyuu no Fafner: Dead Aggressor OP+ED,
Naruto Shippuuden OP5+ED9,
One Piece OP11,
Conan Movie 19 ED,
Rurouni Kenshin ED3,
Legend of the Galactic Heroes OP1+ED1,
To Heart2 ad OP+ED
as well as
Library Wars OP+ED

That's quite a list and not nearly all of the things I've done. Oh well. Can't find all of them right now.

Okay. since I've got tests coming up I'm swotting like mad, so please be patient if there aren't any releases or updates.
Will be back once things have settled.

Hold me, hold me!

Hello everybody!

Sorry to keep ya'll hanging so long. I've been pretty busy with Uni stuff and getting all those spring anime karaoke out there. Easter was like one hell of a week. All in all I worked on 16 diffrent projects for 4 diffrent anime groups, and I still had to do something for my PV groups.
Well here it is - the pv group release:

Hello!Fansubs presents you with it's latest work: Berryz Koubou - dakishimete dakishimete
I was actually really hooked up on that song, so I had it done and finished in one session. I'm happy how it turned out all in all.
I used a lot of diffrent colors for the highlights, but kept it simple in regards of the main effect. If you look closely you'll see that it's actually one and the same effect for all parts but I added diffrent layers of effects for each individual part of the song.
So in the end we get diffrent colors for the solo lines of the girls (colors snatched from the background colors of their face close-ups), lighning streaks for the dakishimete parts as well when Risako is singing chorus lines solo, and random colors for the group singing parts which also hasan outline effect in the background.

I really love how it turned out. Now, here's a pic and the torrent you'll find on Hello!Online.:D I'm off to my next project *bye bye bye*

You can make it!

Do you think that everything is shit right now. The economy, your love life, school, trouble with your parents?
We definitly can't help you with that, but we sure can try to make your day a little bit more exciting! Arashi is here in our new PV release to brighten up your day! No matter what the problem, they're here to tell you "We Can Make It!" and they're doing it in Sergeant Pepper uniforms! Give this one a try if you're not having the best day, if you're not pulled in by the catchy tune and cute dancing then you're sure to get a kick out of their silly behavior. You can find the torrent on mognet's torrent page.

Elder Graduation

Today is the day when some of our dearly loved Hello!Project members will graduate for good. For this occation we decided to do a couple of Elder Songs before sending them off with a wave and a smile. This time we present you with the ending song of the Elder 2008 concert: Elder Club - Michi Naru Mirai e (H!P '08 Winter ~Kashimashi Elder Club~).

The video is available through torrent on Hello!Online, though currently H!O seems to be off - odd enough. oO'''
Well, go grab it!

25. März 2009

Yawn!

Good morning, everybody.
I'm sorry for not updating much.
I've been kinda busy with university stuff, assignments, lectures, homework, and the likes.
Yesterday I wrote my first homework for this semester and I was rather fast and it was over all too soon. I really had trouble fitting everything into words that I wanted to write about, with just 350 words I was allowed to use. Somehow that was not a lot of words I could work with and before I even realised I had written 450 words.

Right now I'm at one of my classes, glaring at my prof for ushering us out of bed this early to start our lecture at 8am, and he coming too late to his class. *sigh*
Okay, it's starting - see ya al.

By the way - I won't be home this weekend, so no new releases from me.

21. März 2009

Another batch of releases

Hello folks,
I'm so slow again, but here they are.
The new releases.

First was H!Fs second Elder Graduation perfromance: Aya Matsuura's lovely Up-beat song Oshare, which I just adore. Thanks and kudos to asagi who timed it for me. *chu*And yes, I did use that same effect for another video, and yes again, I just changes some small things, like the stars and falling flowers instead of snowflakes. I'm aware that it's totally unoriginal from me, but I just loved the effect on this song. it fit's so well, and I'm actually sick of doing these jumping-get-bigger-effects. ^^ Sorry if it offenses you ;P.

The second video that was released was at Mognet. I don't know if you all know, but we just adore Tsuyoshi Domoto and we can't keep this song from you. It's actually one of his side projects after Endlicheri*Endlicheri "ended" and has a more techno/electronic feeling to it. But what makes this release really special is the fact that the video to this song was animated by Production I.G, the company responsible for Ghost in the Shell, XXXholic, Blood+ and a host of other great anime.
I hope you'll all enjoy 244 ENDLI-x - kurikaesu haru with us.
:) see ya again soon!

13. März 2009

Update

new shiny releases available...

First on the list was a new performance of one of Hello!Projects elder concerts. It's actually one of the few performances of this song, as the group went mia shortly after the song was presented on the - at that time - "new" album. Yasuda Kei, Yoshizawa Hitomi, Ayaka - WOW WOW WOW (H!P '08 Winter ~Kashimashi Elder Club~).

The other release was for Mognet and it had to be done on a specific day, which is the reason why it's only out yet. I wasn't able to finish it last year. Here's Remioromen - 3gatsu 9ka (9th march) which is also the theme song for one of the best japanese doramas to date - 1 litre no namida. Do you recognise the actress? Yes, it's Horikita Maki, the actress of Nobuta (in nobuta wo produce, the dorama Mognet subbed a few years back) and numerous other plays!
Well. as I'm time-pressed... that's it for today. see ya again!

Insight

What a day, today!
I just came back from my first practical course of English and I have to say it was really nice, although I realized that even though my written english is well enough, I actually suck at speaking it. It's not that I pronounce words wrong, but I get nervous and start stuttering. Which was kinda embarrassing while I had to introduce myself to the class and the teacher.
~*_*~
I was so excited all day that I really messed it up, at least I think that I did. One never knows for sure though, because you generally can't hear yourself speaking.
Anyway. We got the first homework, which is actually just reading some texts and writing down anything we don't understand. Oo I think my list won't be too long. I've started to read the first two pages and so far I have like N.O.N.E.
Great for me, but hard to explain to the teacher!!!!

^^ Anyway. Will continue to be a good girl. Now I'm going to eat something and read the other two sheets and after that... hmmm depending on what time it is, I'll do some reading for fun, because I still have another course late this afternoon.

Oh, and on a side note: I finished 9 new PVs last week! :D Hope you'll see them soon!

Laters!!!!

postum:
Just on a short note. After having a really wonderful morning at classes I totally messed up the afternoon. I was being early - as most of the time - but in front of the wrong classroom. It was really strange waiting there and the hour going on and on and I though: "Wait, shouldn't it have already begun?!"
Well, it had. I was literally one level too high. While I waited the class was being held below me.
HA! stupid!

But the best was, when I realized it I was in another class in the classroom I thought it would be. I literally fled the room and checked out our department, then strolled a little around and when I was finally ready to drive home I saw that I've lost my book, so I went looking for it and guess where it was. Yes, in the stupid classroom where only minutes before I fled because it was the wrong course. *sigh*

6. März 2009

Just finished and already released!

You won't believe it! We just finished it this morning and now it's available.
Hello!Fansubs presents its latest work.Buono! - co.no.mi.chi

Since Buono! just freaking rocks I couldn't quite keep my hands off this. I actually did two diffrent versions, but we settled on this one as it's the one we're most confortable with. This is my first Buono! work for H!F as previously GTO worked on these vids. Since we weren't that happy with the stuff he released lately I was asked to take over the project first assigned to GTO. I'm happy about it, as I really love Buono and wanted to work on some stuff some time ago.

The effects are easy and effective. The star effects looks like it's growing and refreshing - just what I wanted to have. The fadeout effect are little star-burts, which I saw whenever I looked at Momoko's skirt. The main effect for the lines is a simple color shift which should represent a path snapping out to light the way.

:)
Have fun and tune in again!

4. März 2009

by the way...

BTW; before I totally forget it.This will probably be released within the day. As Kumama is a really big fan of the old EXILE (as I'm too. God, I dearly love ki-zu-na) as well as some of the older songs by glay, this was a project we just couldn't pass by. Considering that we're huge fans of the bands it actually took us a while to finish it, but poor me is just a mortal and I do have to do other things then working on karaoke too. I'm just glad we were finally able to finish it and we sincerly hope that you'll all love it as much as we do.GLAY X EXILE - SCREAM

The video will be available through torrent somewhen today. ^^

CINEMIX.us

CINEMIX. While the name doesn't tell us much as of itself, it suggests something involving movies.

I'd like to make a little advertisement for this "thing" as I'm really happy I found it. CINEMIX is one of so many radiostations out there which you can listen to pretty easily. Why do I like this station particularly? Well, as I'm a big fan of movies and this radiostation plays mostly instrumental music from movie soundtracks, it's not hard to understand why I love it so.

If you're a big fan of movies and you like to listen to soundtracks a lot I recommend CINEMIX. They also have a jukebox over which you'll be able to request songs or even dedicate them. In spaced periods of time they add new soundtracks all the while shuffling the old songs, while other people request the songs they love.

These songs are counting as my favourites:
Christopher Tin - Civilization IV Medley (Live)
E.S. Posthumus - Nara
Klaus Badelt - Godspeed
Harry Gregson-Williams - Coronation
Thomas Newman - Eve
Trevor Rabin - Short Straw
Howard Shore - The Return Of The King
Nicholas Hooper - Loved Ones & Leaving

and others ;D
I don't even remember all their names as I love film music a lot
can't wait to have twilight on there. HAHAHAHA!

Anglistics

As of today I'm officially a proud member in the university course English and American Studies.
\o/

YAY!!!!

Furthermore I also finished 4 new PV projects; 3 for Mognet and one for H!F!!!!!
I'm not sure when these will be available. I'll keep you all posted.

Going back to studying now. Tomorrow is a test coming my way~

The Flu

Like some might already have guessed, yes, I'm currently down with the flu. I hope to get better soon as I have tests next week, which is why I'm not around much to get a lot of sleep and not tax myself.

I hope everyone is fine and healthy.

I'm going to sip so more tea and will hopefully be back early next week.

Have a nice weekend!

24. Februar 2009

Snow

Last weekend I was visiting my aunt and we took some pictures of the snow landscape. I tell you, it's totally white and terribly cold here.
Even Vienna was covered with snow over the weekend though since Sunday it's raining so everything turned into some kind of grey-white slush.
Anyway. I thought I'd share some pictured with ya'll.

"Departures"

Did anyone see the Academy Awards a few days ago? Yes? No?
Well, those of you who did will probably recognise our next video release. I really like this song though I'm not sure if it was a good idea to let it be sung by AI. I do think she's better off with rapping.
Anyway.
Here's our latest release. I worked on it because I thought the song was lovely and I hope you'll all enjoy it. A day before yesterday - at the Academy Awards - the movie to this song was awarded with the best foreign film oscar, and is known as "Departures" to english fans.Mognet presents you with AI - okuribito.

As always the torrents are available through our webpage.

The Perfect Way of Life

Well, guys. We can't have a release Spree without some bands that have been around a looooooong time. Which is why we present you with one of mogents favorite bands. Back when we started this project it was brand new but because we are busy folks we couldn't finish it back then. We here at Mognet are huge B'z fans, as you may know. So it's only proper that we have more of their great catalogue of releases for our PV section! We're starting to remedy that situation today by releasing "Perfect Life", which wasn't a single but a track from their most recent "Action" album. Plus it has creepy clowns and other circus folk! Yay?
Please have fun watching one awesome song: B'z - Perfect Life

As always Torrents are available on Mognets official page.

21. Februar 2009

Another two releases

Mognet is putting on a show and is releasing another two videos for your pleasure.

The first one is one of Lailu's favorite anime songs Jyukai. You may not have heared of that group if you're not into anime music, but it's a really great song. Still, even if you're not a fan of "Fate Stay Night", anata ga ita mori is definitely worth checking out! The dreamy, peaceful feeling of the song makes it a perfect anime ending theme.
But since it would be boring to just have that and we know that some of you are anime fans we're also releasing the ending song's creditless version.
Have fun with it and if you like it please leave a comment on mognets comment system.

Thank you.

Mognet is back!

Felicitations! Mognet is back!!
And we're coming back with 3 releases in a row (and yes, I'm behind with writing about it, again. *sigh*).
Anyway. It's time that Stiltzkin and Kumama are back so now we're able to get these videos out that have been sitting around my harddrive for nearly 2 months.
We're glad to show you three new masterpieces.

The first release is Nakashima Mika - Yuki no Hana were she's rambling about in a mad cabin fever as she's walled in from ice. She's alternating between freezing herself for future generations to find a cure for her anorexia and dressing in cheap wedding decorations. Think I'm joking? Check it out!
Our second release is a classic. It's a re-edition of one of Mognets first releases ever. Kick the Can Crew - TORIIIIICO feat. Cassette is an example for fine japanese rap, with hillarious lyrics, plenty of fun, snow spitting and a lot of crotch grabbing. You definitly shouldn't miss this out.
Our third song in this row is definitly one of my favorites. Are you also fed up with this much snow we had in the last few months? Yeah? Me too. And the couple in this video shows us what we can do while it's snowing outside. What better to do than rolling around in bed and doing naughty things? Riiiiight! Ketsumeishi knows their thing which is why they show us a beautiful song in fuyu monogatari (winter story).
Well, boys and girls, I hope you'll all enjoy it.
See ya soon (as Mognet has plenty of other things coming out for you in the next several days)!!

13. Februar 2009

Memory Lane

Okay, as promised. Here it is: BerryZ Koubou's 7th single.
I hope you'll all enjoy it.
See ya soon and look out for the late release tonight.

Been there, done that...

Well, isn't it nice to re-visit old habits?

I've been working on one of my latest projects and again we had a lot of trouble with it. I really HATE it when timings are wrong or lyrics are incorrect. I always have to revisit those projects again and do them all over... again.

This happend with SHINee's song I did some time ago. I do have to apologize that against my predition that this project would be released around christmas, they are still idling around. I dunno what's up with that group but it's so not moving forward.

People, read it from my lips: M-O-V-E-F-O-R-W-A-R-D-N-O-W-!

Anyway. Good news is that we'll have a new H!F release coming up soon.
Will post Screenshots when the encodes are done!
I's a video down the memorie lane.

And guys, did you read the news that Momosu is coming to anime expo? I'm so thinking about flying over there.... YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaa

The Winter Semester is coming to a close

Finally, the winter semester is coming to a close and I'm actually quite happy because except for one exam I made them all!I'm actually really proud of myself as I finally was able to show not only me but my aunt that I CAN!!! do it if I like. YAY!

Unfortunately that won't help in the long run. Oh well. I'm currently attending another course in Historical Media where we're going to write a Social Biography about a prominent journalist in the Austrian media scene.
I'm not completely sure about who my group is writing about but we'll find out later today.
After that course I'm still missing some other exams but I'll have to be done with all of them till October to get my degree.

GANBARIMASU!

A Message from Mognet!

I totally forgot to share this with you!

Stiltzkin, Kumama and I have been exchanging e-mails over the last few weeks. This is what Stiltzkin wrote to me last week.

Renovations are actually coming to a close (thank god). We're thinking
there's about 1 week, maybe 2 at most left before they are completely
done. We've actually already began moving our furniture back in, so we
should have at most 2 more weeks of hard work, then we can start
returning our "normal" lives! So yes, we'll be able to look at QCs and
such pretty soon, I think! Believe me, I'm looking forward to getting
back to it.

Anyway, we'll keep in touch, and I promise you this stuff will all be
over soon, and we'll be coming back to Mognet :) I appreciate all of
your efforts to keep everyone else positive, because we really have no
intentions of leaving!

So, probably just another week and we'll be back!! YES!

Spring-cleaning!!

Time for some spring-cleaning!
I cleaned up the blog. Deleted some things and changes the labels. I thought it prudent to do so, as I had a lot of labels I wasn't even using anymore. I also deleted the German Lables I had in my list. Since I'm writing in english I don't need them anymore.

The biggest change was that I deleted all the author names. Everything that has to do with authors switched to the category "books".
I also did some cleaning up with the links I had on this page. A lot of those pages weren't available anymore so I deleted them.
I'll probably add new links over the next few weeks as I found funny new sides I'd like to share.

Anyway!
Did you also start on a little spring-cleaning?!

He shall survive!

And he shall come, the One, that will change the future of Askaloth. He will kill the darkness and help the light to find its way into our hearts.

Or so a friend told me when I said I'd be playing WoW come February.
HAHA!

Good morning, folks!
It's early morning here and I've actually been up since around 4 am. It's currently 5:40 am, so actually still way too early to stand up. unfortunately I couldn't sleep anymore so I've been playing WoW since I woke up.
Funny game though I have to say that I like the visual aspects of Runes of Magic a little more. More detail, more styling possibilities.
Anyway. I won't condem WoW as of right now. It is fun, though playing along in the middle of the morning is kinda boring. The streets are deserted as are all the lvl areas. If someone is looking for something it's probably a healer, which I'm not, at least, not really.

Yesterday I started to play a Paladin Blood Elve. Interesting to play and totally diffrent than priests - which is the class I normally prefer to play.
I thought I should try something new for a change and well, I don't regret it.I named her Milgread for whatever reason and she's currently handling a two-hand sword. I'm still in and around Silvermoon City. Soon I'll have finished all the open quests and can move on to another region. The scenery is quite beautiful. Lots of autumn colors and trees. I also love the music there. It sounds very calming.

Oh well. You games out there probably know what I mean.
Too bad there aren't any other beautiful races on the side of the Horde.
Oh well!
Time to game some more before I have to got to classes again - yes, on Sunday. It's so unfair but quite interesting so I'll bear with it!

See ya around!

7. Februar 2009

Shiny, shiny, little star..

As you can probably guess, yes, this is another new Release.
I'm finally back on track and ready to rumble again.

I'll try to get all the old stuff out since we'll try to work on new H!P stuff soon.
Here's our latest release - released somewhen yesterday.

The effect idea came pretty quick, as I wanted to do something with shining letters. Also some kirakira stars can't be missed with all that glittering background light.
I hope you'll enjoy it.

FOREVER LOVE

Time for some new releases, right?
Yesterday, in a mad dash to get something done, I finished the latest Single-PV by °C-ute "FOREVER LOVE".
I had this really nifty idea and it turned out great for this vid.
If you have to ask where I got the colors from (?) wait for the close-ups;
and yes, the squares are because of the floor!!!

;) SC needed some time figuring THAT out *laugh*

I hope you'll enjoy this song and release.

It will be available sometime tomorrow morning on the Tracker of Hello!Online.

25. Januar 2009

Osashiburi!

Long time no read?!

Sorry, but I've kinda been busy. I had to work on some emergency karaoke works which I'll tell you more about at a later opportunity.
Today I'm just going to post something about my latest free time consuming "thing".
I'm currently totally submerged in a new MMORPG Game that startet at the beginning of january.
It plays a lot like WoW and is totally addicting - at least for me.
I always had trouble with games I grew addicted to.
I hope this won't cause too much trouble for me.
Anyway - here are some pics.
see ya soon!

5. Januar 2009

Back home!

Just to let everyone know, I'm finally back at my own home and it's finally getting warm in here.
I tell you what - 2 weeks of no heating in here. the walls were cold. it took me 5 hours to get them to warm up
I'm just happy it's finally a little warmer in here.

Now I'm going to work on some more fx'es.

Good news too - I've been working on 10 new PVs while I was away. :) Hopefully we'll bring them to you soon within the next few months!

1. Januar 2009

Happy New Year!!!

I wish everyone a Happy New Year!
Have you all your New Year pledges done? Great!
I wish you all good health, unending patience and the best of luck!!

Cheers!

New Section opened at Mognet

Let's keep the holiday season going! Hey, if the retailers insist on still playing irritating Christmas carols until New Years then we can release a holiday song today! No one argues with extra presents a bit late, now do they? This also serves as the landmark first release in our "Concerts" section! Hope you enjoy this and the releases to come!

I'm happy to announce these great News and present you the first video in our new section.
Since I'm a big fan of ELLEGARDEN I really wanted to do one of their songs, so here it is:
ELLEGARDEN - Santa Claus from their Bring Your Board!! 2004 tour.ELLEGARDEN was a J-Punk band that unfortunately decided to break up earlier this year. I'm still devestated about this news as I was really fond of them and have several Album CDs at home.
Please enjoy this little something from one of my favourite bands.

Stars...

It's so beautiful!

Three days have passed since my last entry. I cooled down a little, talked with my aunt and also talked with SC today. *sigh* We can't change what happend but I hope it's not going to happen again. We agreed to ask before doing something as stupid again in the future. It'll keep things from getting out of hand.
I apologize if I sounded a little dramatic, but I was really pissed at that moment.

Anyway. I'm currently sitting in my grandmothers creative room and staring out of the overhead window, which grants me a lovely sight of the starlit night sky. We've got all these tiny little stars here, that I can't see well in the big city (namely, Vienna) whith all it's lights on during the night.
I really love nights like these. It's freezing cold out there (we're currently at a -10°C scale) and my glasses are fogging with cold quite easily so I'm really enjoying sitting here in the dark room, keyboard on my knees, feet up on another chair and staring out the window wile writing this entry.
It's one of my greatest wishes to one time have a room similiar to this, with wide open windows from where I can star into the night. My own little paradise.
Unfortunately I can't post a pic of this, as it's black outside and I don't have a camera here who could possibly make a picture of this lovely scenery at night.

Did I already say I love this place? Well, it's definitly true!!!!
*sigh*

So, how is everyone. Are you already making New Year's pledges? Hmm, I don't even know if that's a common costum. I refrained from doing any the past years, but I will do some this year. I decided that while talking to my aunt two days ago.

Let's see...
1. is definitly to finish up my bachelor degree this summer.
2. to start my masters in publizism and mass communication in march.
3. to start another bachlor - most likely one in english to get a degree which will help me later on and probably one in literature.
4. to get things straightened out at the university and with my finances
5. to find a student job to help support me and save money to move to america.
6. to apply for a green card.
7. to finish writing on my first book (I'm halfway through!)

well, wow. that's a long list.
I'm actually quite happy that I don't have to put something like "I want to stop smoking" or "I want to stop drinking" on my list. What I probably should put on my list is to loose some weight, but that would be something I needed to do over some years, so I'm not going to put it on the list but just start doing it.

Let's hope I'll be able to achieve most of these things. I think I can make it!
Okay, time for shutting down this comp and do some more reading.
Have a nice evening everyone!

Not Amusing At All

Well, I certainly just got a message that I found not amusing at all. I've been away from home for about 6 days now and I was able to check on my emails nearly every day but today I got really surprised when I checked out the H!F forums.
Amazingly they released one of the videos I was assigned too and - well, you could guess this - I haven't sent in my effects yet. The video is nearly done and on my HD right now but - it's really amazing - it's been released!!!!
This is the second time something like this happend, and I wasn't even asked if it would be okay if someone else took over the project.

Well, now, boys, you have to understand this is not amusing at all. I'm actually quite pissed and you just blew my good humor to the winds. I actually feel like quitting the group, because this video meant a lot to me and I was looking forward to show you the effects when I came back home in less than 2 weeks. I'm not quite sure how to proceed right now and I'm actually glad that I'm about to go to bed, so I don't do anything harsh and stupid, like to really quit (because this groups actually means a lot to me, or meant. I'm still debating the notion.).

But just think about this. I totally blew at least 2 exams because I was working my ass of for your last spree and now you're jumping at my back. I really lack adequate words to express to you what I really think this moment.

I'm going to bed.
night.

Christmas Day

Hello there!
I'm currently on the notebook from my aunt. She has a great internet connection on it which allows me to post some pictures! YAAAY~

How is everybody doing? I hope you all had a greast Christmas Eve with your family and loved ones?!
Well, I had. We have somewhat of a routine already. I'm decorating the tree while my grandfather is in church and my grandma and aunt are cooking your dinner.
When I'm done we all change into nice clothes and tidy up and wait till my grandfather comes back.
After that we have dinner (this years version of it was beef with venion meat sauce, potato dumplings and red cabbage) and coffee. After that we all venture to the tree, say a prayer to the lord and thank you for everything everyone did for someone or all of us this past year. After that some kisses and hugs as well as nice words and we all go back to the kitchen were we open our presents.

This years presents were exiting! I got a kimono-blouse I wanted to have and nice warm socks to run around in my flat from my grandparents and my aunt's present was a new "red" toaster, as my old one broke down half a year ago.
I bought my grandparents an expensive soap dispenser in which I hid 100 Euro for their new bath (they're going to renovate in spring). My aunt got two musical tickets for "mama mia - the musical" in january for us both. Naturally she already knew about that one, as I had to double check if she even had time on the day the musical was playing. She was really happy about those cards and is still totally excited about it. But since it's boring if you already know what you get I also hunted down a album CD from Marc Marshall, a great german artist with really meaningful and deep songs, and a Card in which I could hide the musical ticekts.
The card read "Liebe ist das Einzige, was nicht weniger wird, wenn man sie verschwendet." which roughly translates into "Love is the only thing that doesn't get less even if it's thrown away."
Great proverb indeed.

Well now.
Today it's snowing.
It's the second time it snows here, though we didn't have any snow on christmas yesterday which was too bad, but can't be helped. I'm just happy it's snowing today, as I really love to look out the windows, write on stories and watch the snow inbetween.
We will also get some guests today: my uncle with his wife and kid are coming over for lunch, presents and probably dinner. I'm not sure what is the best strategy - hide entirely on the attic and read book - which probably won't work as my cousin is really noise and loves to hunt me down - or pretend as if I really enjoy their company. It's just me that has some problems with them - okay, not really problems, it just feels awkward -, but that's another and way too personal story to tell here.
I'm probably opting for the "pretend to enjoy the company" setting, as it's christmas day and it's nice to have family over (or so I heared).

Anyway. I'm currently hugging my stuffed orca which I dearly love and write this blog entry. I also listen to the stuff my family is talking about in the kitching under my room and I'm listening for any cars to show up. Maybe the snow gets too much? HAHA!
That would be the thing. *grin*

Anyway. Off I go.
Here is a picture from the snow last week.I'll post new ones as soon as we make some pics!!!
Merry Christmas!

New Korean Releases!!

It's been a while since I worked on anything korean, but it's time to remedy this!

I've finally worked on new korean videos for my german group. But because this wouldn't be happening without the enourmous help of fellow fansubbers at BoAjjang I want to thank them from the depth of my heart for allowing me to join their group, sharing scripts with me and their time in sheer endless quality checks.
It's great to work with dedicated people, especially if you don't have anyone else to work with *laugh*
Anyway.
Since they made it possible we finished up two of my more loved korean pvs.

The first which will probably be released is the korean version of the DBSK song Rising Sun. For all who don't know DBSK is also known as TVXQ in korea. It's been nearly 2 years since we released the japanese version of this song. I'm glad to announce that we will also release the korean version soon.

The second video is one of my right now favorites. It's SHINee's Love like Oxygen. Please enjoy this eyecandy and sorry for the video quality. It's hard to get ahold of good korean rips.

Another video which has gone a long way to completition is this one. We actually worked on it more than 2 years, so please have mercy on the effects. I worked on them early on but we didn't get a decent raw and then we had other problems so it took us a really long time. I hope you will enjoy this anyway: Namie Amuro - Wishing on the same star

Well, Thanks! And have fun with these.
I'm not sure when they get released.
Please be sure to check out
www.boajjang.com too look up if it was released!

:D

New Release Spree!!!!

Well, again it has been some time.
Before I go on holidays starting tomorrow morning I thought I should share with you what I've been up to and what will be released in the next few days or weeks to come (or in some cases - past).

Let us do the Hello!Fansubs Releases first.

We actually never thought we'd see this DVD Raw anytime soon. The single didn't have a Single-V and we really were desparate as the single came out early this year. We agreed to not do the TV-Rip version as we only had really ugly ones and we hoped that this song was going to be on this years pucchi best. Meanwhile we released a concert performance of this song that was well recived. You can't imagine what a shock it was when we found out in late summer that it wasn't supposed to be on the pucchi best and we totally gave up on this, at least for the time being. Now december arrived and with it came the pucchi best 9 release and TADAAAAA the raw was on it! We really didn't believe it and within a day I fixed the effects to the DVD raw and it was released. Now what is it?

Yes, great guess. It's Athena & Robikerottsu - Seishun! LOVE Lunch!!!

Still in spirit of this success and SC nagging me to finish this song up because the new single of the same band was out, I finally finished up °C-ute's last single Edo no Temari Uta II. I'm not altogether happy with this but I've been working on this video since the single came out and I couldn't think of anything "amazing" that would fit, so we went along with the initial ideas and it turned out okay.

But we can't have a release spree without releasing at least one concert performance. I actually finished up two videos.
One was Yajima Maimi's Natsu DOKI Lipstick from the C-ute 07 Haru ~Golden Hatsu Date~ Concert. The other performance was a little older and one of my favorites. I still think it was one of the best performances of the whole concert tour, except for W's Nagisa no Sindbad. ^^ I'm talking about the Introduction Song Suki Sugite Baka Mitai, which everyone performed.
Great song!!!

:D hope you'll all enjoy these releases as much as we do releasing them.
Next up is something totally diffrent. Will talk about it when I come back from classes!
Laters!

Back on Track!

Hello Everybody!!
I'm officially back on track again and working hard to provide you with some new christmas releases (before I go into hiatus till january 6th).

We've got several new videos coming your way.
I'm also officially working for BoAjjang again.
Thanks to Alan who helped us get some things straight and programmed a tool for me I'm now able to work on korean videos.
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY \o/
More exiting news about this will come at a later point.

Anyway! Just making sure you know that I'm back.
I'm active again and working hard to provide videos for several groups.
Let's just hope I'll be able to finish stuff for my own group too!?

On a short notice: Is there anybody who would like to try out working for me? I'm currently looking for Encoders for various groups.
Experience would be nice, also you'd need to be online every day and know how to encode XVID avi AND H264 mp4/mkv.
If you're interested please let me know...

^^ okay. that's it for today. see ya soon!

BAKK1 dekita!!!!! Mognet on hiatus... preparing for tests!

Hello everyone!
Okay, this is a short update on how things are going.
I finally finished my BAKK paper. I totaled it on 32 pages and a lot to still be desired. Given that I wrote 17 of the 32 pages in 14 hours straight, I'm quite impressed myself.
It was one of the hardest things I ever did, since I soon realized, that I was running into a great big bubble of information but no way out. I saw that I wouldn't be able to write it all down and break it up in different chapters.
I had to really cut it short, as I was running late and I had to try to get across what my paper was about. Since I am planning to re-use the paper and continue my research next semester, I wasn’t overly concerned about it.

In the end I went with really explicit descriptions of internet and internet communication. I also researched non-commercial and commercial communication and did a whole chapter on computer mediated communication. I skipped over the chapters of weblogs, MUDs and chats and wrote a small part of the paper about motivation and self-portraying.
I just hope that it’ll be positive. I don’t need anything else. We’ll see tomorrow!

Also on a short notice: Mognet is currently on hiatus.
I think I actually already wrote about it but just wanted to say again, that Kumama and Stiltzkin finally moved into their new home. They are currently renovating which is the reason we’re not really active.
We do hope that starting next year we’ll be up to our normal speed.
Let’s just hope everything goes as planned.

The shock of my life I probably had on Sunday. I was looking up my test notes and remembered that this week was exam week and I still had a few tests I wanted to make. So I hurried up and looked up the dates. As it was, all of my tests would have been on Monday, but given the rule that you had to be registered for the test two days before I was totally screwed!! In the end I couldn't participate in any tests. My last hopes are the tests at the end of January. Let's just hope that I don't forget about them again, though in the long run, with my paper having been due yesterday, I’m actually glad. The good thing is that I remembered that I still could write one of my political science tests which will now take place Friday next week. So I’m again not going to be around much. I actually already enrolled for it.

Please bear with these waits. I’ll be back, as will Mognet, as soon as things settle down.

Warm Greetings!

First Snow...

It's fucking snowing!!!!!!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! First Snow. I really hate it. Really, really hate it!! I was wet from top to bottom.

Hello folks!
Long time no see - or something along that line. In the past few days I was really busy working on college stuff. I still am in the middle of work but I thought I just let you know that I'm still here, and still active.
In the last two weeks I wasn't able to finish any new projects which is the reason I haven't posted anything.
I've also been reading quite a lot for my papers.
Hopefully I'll be done soon and have some free time to work on karaoke stuff again.
Till then, I'm qutie sorry, but I probably won't write too much.

anyway! see ya~

Flowing~

Latest Hello!Fansub release:
All - Ame no Furanai Hoshi de wa Aisenai Darou? from the H!P '08 Summer Wonderful Hearts Kouen ~Hishochi de Date Itashima Show~ concert.
We realle worked hard on this one. Thanks to sferris we were even able to do the chinese parts in this song. I'm particularly proud of the chorus and chinese line effect. it's basically a flowing \K effect which is racing along the line. But something you can't see is that it consists of tiny little circles that change color and grow smaller. It makes an eerie smoth effect. Really love it. I first wrote it as part of my latest Anime Karaoke-Work for a series called "Blade of the Immortal".
Anyway. I'm really proud of this effect so please enjoy.
This video is as always available through the Hello!Online Tracker.

Inspector Pepper, at your service!

YAY! Finally I was able to finish this project off. SC wanted me to do anything for the weekend, as long as we get a PV out ... dou demo ii yo. Well, I settled for the latest release and the project where I was the farthest along, which was: Morning Musume - Pepper Keibu!
This awesome song is like a really old hit already. Most of you will probably know Pink Lady? Well, if not, please check them out. They were a really successful duo in the late 70ies throughout the 80ties and early 90ies. Anyway, this duo released a single called "Pepper Keibu" - which was their debut song, btw - on August 25th, 1976. Now, that's a real classic!
Takahashi Ai and Niigaki Risa (I think…) were both participating in the movie shot of the story of Pink Lady and the management decided to release a single - which was then "Pepper Keibu".
This song really was a lot of work. I hid 8 different effects in only 4 minutes and it works! Sorry for the big file sizes but the video itself has a lot of glitter and motion in it which is really bad for encoding purposes.
I still hope you will all enjoy this as much as we do.

Torrents are - as always - available on Hello!Online!
